Westchester Green Business Co-Founders & Program Directors:
Dani Glaser is the founder and CEO of Green Team Spirit (GTS), providing organizations with the tools and expertise that they need to successfully integrate sustainable business practices into core company operations. The GTS program is centered on strong company leadership, an engaged staff and sustainability metrics in the areas of Organizational Commitment, Energy, Materials Management-Waste & Recycling and Green Purchasing, Transportation, Land Use, and Water. Green Team Spirit developed the proprietary Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory Tool© being used by the WGBC program, to help organizations measure, track and reduce negative environmental impacts over time.
Scott Fernqvist, Westchester County
Scott Fernqvist is a Program Coordinator at Westchester County and manages the Westchester Green Business program on behalf of Westchester County. Scott has been responsible for a variety of high-level technology, environmental, and economic development projects for Westchester County since 2004, including implementation of the county’s Action Plan for Climate Change & Sustainable Development. He oversees the WGB public-private partnership on behalf of the County and provides support to the program through a variety of in-kind services ranging from website support and member engagement to strategic planning and educational programming.
WGBC Program Manager:
Jana Petrikova, Green Team Spirit
Jana Petrikova is an MBA professional with extensive experience in consulting and business strategy. Strong dedication to environmentally and socially responsible business practices with a proven record of execution of green initiatives. Knowledge of sustainability reporting guidelines such as GRI and Greenhouse Gas Protocol. Effective leader and strategic thinker with exceptional organizational, quantitative and analytical problem solving skills.
WGB Marketing and Membership Manager:
Meg joined the Westchester Green Business team in 2016 as the Marketing and Membership Manager working to grow the program throughout New York State and interface with new and existing member businesses. Prior to joining WGB, Meg worked for eight years as a Project Manager and Membership Coordinator for The Business Council of Westchester. She brings nearly fifteen years of experience in sales, corporate relations, legislative affairs, business development and project management in both the real estate industry and not-for-profit sector.
